Pharmacotherapy, Advocacy, Mediation and Support (PAMS)

The ‘Pharmacotherapy Advocacy, Mediation and Support’ (PAMS) service is a peer based, advocacy program of VIVAIDS Inc (the Victorian Drug User Organisation). PAMS provides telephone based information, support, advocacy, referral, mediation, negotiation and complaints-resolution for pharmacotherapy consumers and their direct service providers on any consumer related issue.
